กรณีทีพิมพ์แล้วกระดาษติดสำหรับรุ่น L3110 อันดับแรกเลยให้เอาปลั๊กไฟและสาย USB ออก จากนั้นดูว่ากระดาษเข้าไปเยอะหรือไม่โดยเปิดฝาด้านหน้าเครื่องดูว่าสามารถดึงกระดาษออกมาได้ใหม หากดึงออกได้ให้กดออกมาทางด้านหน้าเครื่อง หากดึงออกไมได้แสดงว่ากระดาษยังเข้าไปไม่เยอะให้ดึงออกด้านหลังเครื่องที่ช่องใส่กระดาษ ข้อควรระวังคือการดึงออกจากด้านหลังเป็นการดึงย้อนทางเดินของกระดาษหากเราออกแรงแล้วกระดาษยังไม่ออก อย่าดึงอาจจะทำให้อะไหล่เสียได้ อาจจะลองเปิดเครื่องอีกครั้งเพื่อให้เครื่องดึงกระดาาเดินหน้ามา แต่ต้องดูช่องด้านหน้าเครื่องว่ากระดาษขว้างทางเดินของหัวพิมพ์หรือไม่หากขว้างให้ฉีดออกเท่าที่ฉีกได้
