Canon MP287 เป็นเครื่องพิมพ์แบบออลอินวัล ปริ้น สแกน ทำสำเนา ใช้งานง่ายออฟชั่นครบ สามารถสั่งงานได้ทั้งที่เครื่องและสั่งพิมพ์จากคอมพิวเตอร์ อาจจะพูดได้ว่าเป็นเครื่องที่มีขายนานที่สุดในประเทศเลยก็ว่าได้เพราะมีขายมายาวนานมากกว่า 10 ปี ถึงแม้จะมีรุ่นมาแทนอย่าง Canon MP237 ก็ไม่ได้รับความนิยมและเลิกผลิตไป
เครื่องพิมพ์จะเป็นแบบตลับหมึกกับหัวพิมพ์อยู่ติดกันคือออกแบบมาให้ใช้แล้วทิ้งโดยจะมี 2 ตลับ คือตลับสีและตลับดำ โดยตลับดำจะเป็นหมึก Pigment หมึกแท้
เนื่องจากเครื่องรุ่นนี้จะไม่มีแท้งค์มาจากโรงจึงมีร้านขายแบบติดแทงค์มาจากร้าน ซึ่งก็ใช้งานได้ดีในระดับหนึ่งแต่ด้วยหัวพิมพ์ถูกออกแบบมาให้ใช้แล้วทิ้ง ใช้ไปสักระยะหรือใช้งานหนักจะทำให้หัวพิมพ์เสื่อมได้ ทำให้พิมพ์ออกไม่ครบ พิมพ์ไม่คม ต้องเปลี่ยนตลับหมึกใหม่ ด้วยราคาเครื่องที่ไม่สูงและหัวพิมพ์ราคาไม่สูงมากนักทำให้ได้รับความนิยมมาก หากเทียบกับเครื่องที่ราคาใกล้เคียงกันรุ่นใหม่ที่เป็นแท้งค์โรงงานเครื่องรุ่นนี้จะมีความเร็วในการพิมพ์ที่สูงกว่า

Canon MP287 is an all-in-one print, scan, copy, easy to use, complete options. Able to operate both at the machine and print from computer. It could be said that it is the longest-selling machine in the country, because it has been sold for more than 10 years, although the replacement model such as the Canon MP237 was not popular and discontinued.
The printer is a cartridge with a print head next to each other, designed to be disposable and has 2 cartridges, a color cartridge and a black cartridge. The black cartridge is a genuine pigment ink.
Since this model does not have a tank from the factory, there is a tank mounted shop from the shop. Which works fine to some extent, but the print head is designed to be disposable. Using for a while or heavy use will cause the print head to deteriorate. Makes printing not complete. Print is not sharp. Must replace new ink cartridges. Due to the low price of the printer and the affordable print head, it is very popular. Compared to a similarly priced machine, the new factory tank model has a higher print speed.
