Canon Error Code 5100 ส่วนมากจะเกิดกับเครื่องที่ใช้งานมาได้สักระยะ แจ้งเครื่องทำงานผิดพลาดบางครั้งปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่ก็อาจจะหาย แต่บางครั้งก็ไม่หาย ส่วนมากจะเกิดจากความผิดพลาดในระบบเช็นเซอร์ต่างๆของเครื่อง สามารถตรวจเช็คดังนี

1.ชุดดึงกระดาษ ให้ตรวจดูชุดฟีดว่ามีอะไรไปติดหรือทำงานผิดจังหวะให้ลองหมุนแกนดึงกระดาแล้วเปิดเครื่องใหม่

2.ตลับหมึก ให้ลองเอาออกมาทำความสะอาดแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ หรืออาจจะเปิดฝาเพื่อให้ตลับออกมาแล้วเอาปลั๊กไฟออกแล้วเปิดเครื่องใหม่บางครั้งพบว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวสามารถแกไขได้

3.ฟิล์มใสเช็คระยะให้ลองทำความสะอาดแล้วเปิดเครื่องใหม่

4.ใช้โปรแกรม เครียร์ค่า EEPROM ของเครื่องใหม่

    การทำที่ผมแนะนำเป็นการแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นไม่ควรถอดเครื่อง เพราะอาจจะทำให้เกิดความเสียหายมากขึ้น
