สำหรับผู้ที่ใช้งานเครื่องพิมพ์ Brother แล้วหัวพิมพ์ออกไม่ครบ สั่งล้างหัวพิมพ์ในโหมดปกติแล้วก็ยังเป็นอาการเดิมให้ลองเข้าไปในโหมดMaintenance ของเครื่องจะล้างได้ดีกว่า แต่จะสิ้นเปลืองหมึกไปจำนวนหนึ่ง ( มากกว่าล้างแบบปกติ )มีขั้นตอนดังนี้
1.ถอดปลั๊กเครื่องพิมพ์
2.กดปุ่มเมนูค้างไว้ ประมาณ 15 วินาที แล้วปล่อย
3.ในรุ่นที่มีปุ่มตัวเลขให้กด 3 เพื่อล้างดำ  หือกด 4 เพื่อล้างทั้งหมด และกด 09 เพื่อเทสหัวพิมพ์

1. Unplug the printer.
2. Press and hold the Menu button for about 15 seconds and release.
